Who is this Class for?
This free yoga class at the St. Augustine Beach Pier is for anyone wanting to try the practice of yoga. You don’t have to know the names of the poses or be able to touch your toes or do anything fancy! This class is designed to make you feel good in your body. If you have back pain or stress this class is the perfect way to break up your day. Many studies have indicated the benefits of yoga in reducing the harmful effects of stress, as well as helping to reduce anxiety and depression.
What do I bring?
It is recommended to bring a towel (or yoga mat if you have one) as well as some water.
How do I sign up?
For your first class it is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes early to sign the waiver.

About your Instructor
Tori has been teaching yoga since 2015. She has taught in yoga studios, gyms, retirement communities, research studies and outdoor venues. “Beginners are my favorite group to teach. I love sharing yoga with new people and watching them grow and accomplish more both on the mat and in their lives.” She began her journey of yoga in an LA Fitness, taking classes with her mom. Tori also teaches at Bailey’s in St. Augustine and her mom often takes her Aerial Yoga Classes on the weekends.
